Blake Lively Set To Star In The Film Adaption Of Colleen Hoover’s It Ends With Us

It Ends With Us was the book everyone was reading last year, so of course when news broke that it was going to be made into a film, fans were very excited.

And now that we have the first bit of casting news, the internet has mixed feelings…

Blake Lively is set to star alongside Justin Baldoni (who you may know from Jane The Virgin), as Lily and Ryle, in the movie. Justin is also directing the film and both he and Blake will act as executive producers.

There’s no word yet on who is playing Lily’s childhood friend and first love, Atlas in the film.

Based on Colleen Hoover’s best-selling book, which went viral on ‘booktok’, the novel seemed to have made its way everywhere.

The plot follows Lily Bloom, a florist who meets Ryle Kincaid, a neurosurgeon, and the pair find a spark. But as her feelings grow, her past finds a way to bubble back up.

Blake has yet to comment on the news but she did share a selfie with dark hair on her Instagram story. Perhaps this is a peek at what Lily Bloom IRL will look like?
