Selena Gomez Reveals Her Biggest Mistake To Former Co-Stars

Selena Gomez has joined her former Wizards Of Waverly Place co-stars Jennifer Stone (who played Harper Finkle on the show) and David DeLuise (who played Gerry Russo) on their rewatch podcast and chatted all things Wizards, and how much her castmates and crew meant to her, plus, what her biggest mistake is…

While chatting to the pair, Selena told them she was just out of a three-hour therapy session, and the conversation was quite an emotional one, with Jennifer joking that they’ve extended her session.

She told them that she missed them and reminisced about times on the show and things she remembers. Even admitting to writing her initial and her current boyfriend’s initial backstage and crossing off the boys initial and adding a new one each time she had a new boyfriend.

One of the questions she was asked during the pod was “what is your biggest mistake so far?” and David jumped in letting her know she cannot say a boy’s name…. Yikes.

Selena thinks about the question for a minute and sweetly responds, “probably not staying in touch with you guys… I think I slowly became kind of ashamed of the decisions that I made and I didn’t want you guys to see me in the state that I was in. Because A you would have told me the truth which terrifies me and B I didn’t want to let you down.”

This answer brings her tv dad to tears while Jennifer says, “I appreciate you saying that too because to be perfectly blunt, there has been times where I’m like did we stop being friends because I didn’t tell her what she wanted to hear?”

Selena replies, “Of course they’re all valid and I appreciate you guys dearly and I love you so much in a way that I’ve never loved anybody else.”

The trio are so happy to be chatting again virtually (as Selena is filming Only Murders In The Building In New York), that they decided to reconnect in person for another episode when Selena was back in LA.

We love a reunion!
