Low Rise

First up is an oldie but a goodie! The 00s low rise look is back however it’s not as intimidating as it used to be. Low rise jeans aren’t as crazy low as the 90s and 00s, so don’t be put off – try pairing mid/low rise trousers with a top that grazes the top of the jeans. Play with proportions to see what suits you and your style. Experimentation with new styles can be fun if you’re willing to embrace what you love!

Sheer Clothing

As seen on celebs from Emma Chamberlain to our girl Florence Pugh, sheer clothing is right at the top of our summer style list. It doesn’t need to be Kate Moss sheer, but a sheer layer over a fab fit is a fun way to spice up your summer look.

Long Denim Skirts

Charity shops and vintage stores are your best friend when it comes to nabbing yourself a long denim skirt. It’s one of this season’s must have items and we can’t love it more if we tried! This is one of the most versatile trends going – pair it with runners and a slouchy jumper to keep it casual, or go for a more elevated look with heels and a crop top. Day to night in one easy look!

Electric Red

Next up is going to be the next IT colour for summer and beyond. Electric red featured on so many runways during the last fashion weeks all over the world so we know it’s going to be on everyone’s radar before the end of summer. Stay ahead of the crowd by embracing bright, electric red now.

White Tank Tops

Now bare with us… no longer is the wife beater tank top associated with The Sopranos, rather it has been adopted by the fashion world to spice up any outfit. Simple but effective, a good white tank can give any fit an edgier feel. Pair it with a gorgeous skirt and heels to give a grunge edge to a summer fit or tone down a power suit by pairing a tank top with some very cool trainers.

Long Hemlines

It’s official! Hemlines are getting longer! No more do you have to do the short-skirt-shuffle on and off your seat – longer hemlines mean a bit more comfort so embrace longer skirts this summer. Layering over long skirts and dresses is always a vibe, but this summer try matching your skirt with contrasting proportions. Tiny top and oversized blazer anyone? It’s a sure fire way to ensure you are always at your most stylish this summer.
