Here’s Why Miley Cyrus Probably Won’t Tour Again

Miley Cyrus fans, brace yourselves for this news.

The former Hannah Montanna star has revealed that touring is not her priority right now and it might never be… In an interview with British Vogue, Miley hinted that her fans likely won’t see her on a world tour again.

Speaking on the topic she said, “I love performing but pretty much for them…

“Like singing for hundreds of thousands of people isn’t really the thing that I love. There’s no connection. There’s no safety.”

“It’s also not natural. It’s so isolating because if you’re in front of 100,000 people then you are alone,” she added.

So, if you were hoping to see Miley perform her latest album, Endless Summer Vacation, you may have to settle with her Disney+ special, which is pretty spectacular tbf.

Speaking of her last tour, Miley said “I kind of looked at it as more of a question. And I can’t. Not only ‘can’t’…because can’t is your capability, but my desire. Do I want to live my life for anyone else’s pleasure or fulfilment other than my own? And, you know what…” she didn’t give a direct answer to her own question, which may save some hope for the future…

The last time Miley played in Ireland was in 2014 in her Bangerz era, a time when she was truly differentiating herself from her Disney character with a more mature, and controversial look.

We want Miley to be happy, and if that means no tour, so be it. She did play Glastonbury last year, so maybe there’s potential for the odd festival appearance every now and then? Any interest in EP Miley?

For now, we will be streaming Miley’s albums on repeat.
