Khloe Kardashian’s Trainer Has Dished The Details On The Workout That Transformed Her Body
So, this is how Khloe K got her unreal bod, and guess what?! It's totally doable and best of all you don't need the mega bucks to get it.
There is no denying that Khloe Kardashian looks phenom on the cover this month’s Complex, and it’s thanks to some intense training that she’s undergone such an amazing transformation.
Her motivation? Her ex, Lamar Odom apparently.
Khloe’s trainer Gunnar Peterson revealed that it was Khloe’s desire to revamp her bod after her breakup with Lamar that inspired them to create the workout they’ve coined The Revenge Body Workout.
Reckon that sounds intense? It is. Her trainer told Women’s Health “we keep her mind challenged and her body guessing, and the focus is on building strength. There’s just enough interval work (sled pushes, battle ropes, rower sprints, med-ball slams) to keep her heart rate as high as her royalty checks.”
I don’t really weigh myself … but I know how I want to feel in clothes and it does become addicting once you start losing weight and seeing results. I want to see more.
Khloe has lost around 35lbs since starting the workout.”I’ve lost like, 35 pounds,” she revealed to Australian radio show Fitzy and Wippa. “I don’t really weigh myself … but I know how I want to feel in clothes and it does become addicting once you start losing weight and seeing results. I want to see more.”
To follow Khloe’s workout you’ll need a dumbbell, a gym band and a medicine ball. Her top moves? Banded 4 x 4 walks, overhead crunches and reverse lunges, which all focus on resistance training and in turn build muscle and increase fat burning. She does a little sculpting and core strengthening work too.
Wanna follow her routine? You’ll need to workout two to three times a week, and take rest days in between, to really see the benefits.
This video will take your through her full workout.
