Lori Loughlin Has Pleaded Not Guilty In The College Admissions Case

Lori Loughlin has turned her nose up at a plea deal taken by Felicity Huffman in the college admissions case.

Loughlin and her husband were slapped with additional money laundering charges on top of their previous wire fraud charges last week. Now, the wealthy couple have decided to plead not guilty to all charges.

Yesterday, the couple made a choice to reject the prosecutor’s plea deal that would’ve given them a minimum two-year prison sentence. Because of this, Lori and her husband could spend up to a maximum of 40 years behind bars.

According to an Us Weekly source, Loughin “is in denial” about possibly being locked up. They said, “[She] doesn’t believe she should have to spend any time in prison. She’ll go to trial before being separated from her family and take those odds rather than just go to prison as part of a deal.”

The news comes after actress Felicity Huffman plead guilty in court last week, taking the plea deal which was offered to her.
