What To Watch On Telly If You’re Staying Inside This Weekend
Who said limited social interaction can’t be fun?!
For multiple reasons, many of us will be staying at home this weekend.
Putting social distancing into place, on top of the awful weather we’re having, it’s fair to say that a lot of us are going to be searching Netflix and our TV guides for something to keep our minds from thinking about the shitshow happening in the world right now.
So, let’s grab the opportunity to stay indoors with both (well washed) hands. Wrap yourself up in a blanket and reach for some snacks, and get ready to morph into full potato mode, TV remote in tow.

Ant And Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway
The lads are back and you absolutely love to see it. If anything can take our minds off the shitty-ness going on in the world right now it’s Ant and Dec’s cheeky little faces. From gas sketches to great celebrity guests, tune in to Virgin Media One at 7pm tomorrow night for the lols.
Lost Girls
A brand new movie which drops on Netflix tonight. Lost Girls follows the story of a woman desperately searching for her missing daughter. Her search leads police to resolving the unsolved cases of murdered sex workers, which is based on a true story. Get cosy for 1.5 hours and enjoy!
The Undateables
The heartwarming series is back with a bang this week. With the first episode of series 11 aired last Wednesday, you can head to All4 to catch up. If you’re unfamiliar with the reality show, it follows the story of a number of singletons as they navigate the unconventional world of dating. Basically, it’s impossible to watch an episode without getting a lump in your throat and a smile on your face, so work away!
Dirty Money : Season Two
If you’re looking for something a little more serious, Dirty Money is the one for you. The docuseries takes a deep dive into stories of scandal and corruption in business. If you haven’t had a chance to watch series one, now is the perfect chance to catch up, with all 6-hour-long episodes available on the streaming service now.
Dancing With The Stars Ireland
This Sunday sees the semi-final of the dancing series take place. While the show has announced that there will be no live audience in the building this week, the celebs will still be on our screens with bells on, and lots of new moves. Tune in to RTE One at 6.30pm this Sunday, we’ll be rooting for our gorge covergirl Lottie Ryan!
