Solange Knowles Has Announced Her Split From Husband Alan Ferguson

A mere three days ago, Solange Knowles announced her split from husband of five years, Alan Ferguson. But now, she’s spoken up again to deny rumours that she had an affair with her manager. But let’s back up a bit, shall we?

Solange recently posted to her Instagram page, letting her followers in on the news that she and Alan, had separated. Stating that they actually parted ways earlier this year, she thought it was time to let the world know.

“11 years ago i met a phenomenal man who changed every existence of my life. early this year we separated and parted ways, (and tho it ain’t nan no body business 😭) i find it necessary to protect the sacredness of my personal truth and to live in it fully just as I have before and will continue to do.”

But now, Solange is slamming rumours that it was actually an affair that broke up her marriage. The rumour that’s floating around is that Solange had an ongoing affair with her manager of five years, John Bogaard.

Over the weekend, Solange added a paparazzi pic of both herself and John (which basically sparked the rumour) to her Instagram story to say he’s been the best manager, and to say sorry that the internet is being so unkind. Or, in her words, “sorry the internetsss are so unkind n b lying. go back to enjoying ya vacation.”

Since then, Solange hasn’t posted any updates. Neither has her soon to be ex husband or manager. But we’re sure that when the whole world is bet into your business, a little digital detox will do no harm.
