Yep, remember when you’d be performing FAME as your school musical and you needed a pair of neon leg warmers from Claire’s accessories to go over your converse and leggings? Yeah, it’s not exactly THAT vibe of leg warmers (thank goodness). This time leg warmers are being used the same way long socks have been in recent years.
