Weโ€™re ready to raise a glass to the working week being over and kick back with a delicious drink to sip on while we enjoy some downtime. So, if thatโ€™s on your agenda for the weekend too, here are some quick and easy recipes to hit save on.

Cranberry Orange Mimosa

You Will Need:

  • Cranberry juice
  • Orange juice
  • Champagne/prosecco

How To:

The method for this couldnโ€™t be any more simple. Pop an equal amount of cranberry and orange juice into a flute and top it off with some champagne or pro secco to your taste.

You Will Need:

  • 2 lemon slices
  • Bitter beer
  • Lemonade

How To:

Pop a lemon slice into a tall glass and our a bitter beer of your choice in with a dash of lemonade. If youโ€™re looking for a drink with a little more zest squeeze in a second slice of lemon.

You Will Need:

  • Lemon juice
  • Soda water
  • Simple Syrup
  • Gin

How To:

Grab your gin, lemon juice and syrup and mix it together in a cocktail shaker with some ice cubes if desired. When shaken well, pour it into a glass and top it off with soda water.
