Millie’s Mum Invites Liam To Live In Family Home Rent Free After Love Island

Well, there's an offer he just can't turn down.


They’ve met the parents, the final is pending and well, it looks like the Islanders’ families are thinking tactically about what’s going to happen now that the competition is coming to an end.

One parent in particular (Millie’s mum), is aware that her daughter has made comments on the show about how the pair are going to work the distance with Liam based in Merthyr Tydfil, Wales, while Millie is in Essex.

Admitting herself that she’s Googled the distance (about three hours, btw), Millie’s mom Esme has added that Liam is now welcome to come move into the family home to help make the relationship work.

Speaking to The Sun, Esme said:

“Long distance relationships can be hard.

“He can move into my house and not have to pay rent. I really like him. I’m a good judge of character and I think he is a really nice guy and I think he is genuine. From what I’ve seen of him, he seems like a really sweet boy.”

Appearing on the show alongside Millie’s sister, both Esme and Jessie seemed thrilled to be reunited with Millie despite the no hugging rule due to Covid.

Tonight, August 23rd, marks the Love Island final with four couples, Liam and Millie, Toby and Chloe, Faye and Teddy and Kaz and Tyler all through to the final.

Who will be crowned the Love Island 2021 winners? Well, we’ll find out tonight. Virgin Media One at 9pm.
