What Molly Mae Has Said About Her Split From Tommy So Far

"The last thing I want to be doing is adding to that fire and stirring the pot."

Molly Mae Hague has been chatting about her recent split from Tommy Fury in a new YouTube video.

The creator and former Love Island star announced her split from longterm boyfriend Tommy earlier this month.

Molly and Tommy share daughter Bambi together, and were due to get married. Rumours surrounding Tommy’s infidelity have been circulating social media since the news broke, but nothing has been confirmed or denied by the pair.

Here’s everything Molly has said about the split so far.

August 14 – Molly Mae announces breakup

Molly shared that she and Tommy had split after five years on Instagram Stories.

“Never in a million years did I think I’d ever have to write this. After five years of being together I never imagined our story would end, especially not this way,” she began.

“I am extremely upset to announce that mine and Tommy’s relationship has come to an end,” she went on.

“I will forever be grateful for the most important thing to me now and always, my beautiful daughter. Without us there would be no her, she will always be my priority. “I want to thank you all for the love you have shown us over the last five years.

“You have all been a part of our journey and I feel it’s right to share this with you all. “Whilst I attempt to navigate the coming days and weeks please kindly respect my privacy over this difficult time, I’ll be back when it feels right. “Molly-Mae x.”

August 29 – New YouTube video drops

Later, Molly shared a new video detailing that she would not be sharing the full story out of respect for Tommy and their daughter.

She said: “Lots of you will have come onto this video hoping I was going to spill the tea and give you a story… but to be honest with you that’s never something that was going to happen and it’s not something I ever plan on doing.

“The last two weeks have been very, very real. It’s real life and it’s something that we’ve been going through as privately as we can but not privately whatsoever as I haven’t really been able to get away from it.”

She went on: “This is real life, it is not drama, it’s not tea, it’s not a publicity stunt, as much as I wish it was. It’s real life and it’s very sad and deep and I just don’t feel, not even ready, it doesn’t feel right to come on here and talk about it.

“Some things I think need to be dealt with privately and also out of respect to Tommy as well and I feel everything over the last couple of weeks has really been a lot and been blown way out of proportion and it’s all got a bit carried away with itself.

“The last thing I want to be doing is adding to that fire and stirring the pot. I think the best thing to deal with this is to move forward and look to the future.”

Molly also added that she felt so lucky to have support from her followers: “I really felt like I have an incredible community. I’m not brushing it under the carpet, my support system has been incredible… but publicly it’s not something I want to go into for myself and out of respect for Tommy.

“He’s Bambi’s dad and I’ll always value him and respect him, and have a lot of love for him. We were together for 5 years and it’s very very sad.”
