Did You Know Love Island’s Teddy Is A Prince IRL?

Over the last week, Love Island fans have fallen deeply in love with 26-year-old Teddy Soars. From watching him remain loyal to Faye in Casa Amor, returning empty-handed to the villa only to be disappointed by seeing Faye coupled up with someone else, all of which he handled with grace, Teddy shared a little secret recently that explains his calm behaviour.

Spilling the tea in an Unseen Bits clip, where he shared the reason behind his regal demeanor.

“I’m going to say something so shocking” he began telling Lucinda and Faye.

Teddy then shared with the girls that he is a former prince of Nigeria’s Delta State, explaining how it works.

“It’s like a village, it’s within the Delta State village”

“So my grandad has obviously passed away so I’m no longer actually prince, I was a prince”

Running straight to the Beach Hut to share her thoughts on dating a prince, Faye said:

“Teddy was once a prince! Are you joking?” she said, “I mean I’ve definitely got to stop with burping now, I might have to just stop and lay off the swearing so much but I think I’ve got this y’know.”

Faye wasn’t the only one shocked by the revelation either, as viewers took to Twitter to share their excitement.
