So, we all know about Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck’s rumoured reconciliation at this stage. But in case you have missed out, let us fill you in quickly.

Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez announced last month that they’re parting ways, ending their four-year relationship and two-year engagement. The pair released a statement that stated they are “better as friends”, but it hasn’t a source has more recently revealed to People that J Lo apparently didn’t feel it was “in her best interests” to stay with him.

Since then, J.Lo and her ex Ben Affleck have been spotted hanging out together again. Page Six published photos of Ben being dropped off and picked up at her home in LA and of course the rumour mill is now in overdrive.

Ben and J.Lo were previously engaged almost two decades ago now, after Ben proposed back in 2002. Their engagement didn’t last long though with the couple splitting just two years later in, 2004, but have remained on friendly terms ever since.

Fast forward to right now, A Rod was asked about his thoughts on the pair seemingly rekindling their romance, and it turns out that he doesn’t have a lot to say.

As he was heading out for a meal in Miami, he was approached by a journalist who asked him what he thought of the news according to a PageSix video. At first, A Rod didn’t respond directly to the question, but eventually, he simply replied “Go Yankees.”

So, that’s that then. He doesn’t have anything to say about it really. But, according to a source who spoke to Page Six, he was seemingly surprised as he was under the impression that they were eventually going to make things work. “He truly thought they would be able to make it work and reconnect.”
